This project was a big task but we were up for the challenge. We partnered with an external design agency to provide the technical horsepower to build the client a scalable, mobile friendly, completely custom solution.
The innovations and hard work by our teams were acknowledged by Sitecore, taking home a "Site of the Year" award for its category.
The biggest challenges for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona were to distribute content to five different target audiences, support multiple languages, and deliver that to multiple devices. All the while needing to find a single content management system that was right for the job.
Sitecore was a perfect fit for this project and enabled us to hit all project deliverables on time and on budget.
Starting with a great software platform as the foundation, we were able to implement all of the original goals and benchmarks set for this project. We leveraged the language versioning and created a simplified template structure for the BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona team to quickly and easily update their site.
With several internal integration touch points it was critical that we successfully collaborated with their internal IT teams. It was a pleasure working with them to build a custom architecture and installation that met strict security guidelines.
